Running minutes rather than hours on Vagator beach, India

April 2013
Lately, the run is about three times a week along Vagator beach, India. (For one month each year I set up office/life there.) A very short run, but great for form and drills; also bypassing the odd holy cow and viewing the tourists doing yoga or european exercises at the other end.
A tougher fiercer event is dancing all night in heat of Asian tropics, and Dance at your own risk :)... my newfound traveler friend is wearing down...

The three South Africans who helped me with my broken scooter (I'd just had 3 days stuck in Kiev airport, I was more broken) - I apologise for rushing off and also not recognising the one who was at Vagator during my runs + beach time. I did finally realise on my final day. Run, dance, fix the scooter for me any day. It made my day!

Next time I do one of these adventures, alone or in a race (will be my 14th) ...

...I'm going to play in the sand afterwards, drinking the real "real" coconut.
